Bonus.vacations is a marketing, organizing, and community-building platform operated by The Points Partner LLC. Bonus.vacations functions solely as a promotional and organizational service connecting members, creators, influencers, and independent third-party travel agencies.
Bonus.vacations does not sell travel, does not operate tours, does not provide travel services, and does not act as a travel agent, tour operator, or seller of travel. Participation in the Bonus.vacations community or subscription does not constitute the purchase of travel services.
All trips featured on Bonus.vacations are independently curated, priced, sold, and fulfilled by third-party travel agencies (“Travel Providers”). All payments for travel products and services are made directly to the Travel Provider, and all booking contracts exist solely between the traveler and the applicable Travel Provider.
Bonus.vacations and The Points Partner LLC assume no responsibility or liability for, including but not limited to:
- Trip planning, execution, or fulfillment
- Travel delays, cancellations, itinerary changes, or refunds
- Acts or omissions of Travel Providers or third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, guides, transportation providers)
- Personal injury, illness, death, property loss, or damages
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, political instability, or government actions
Any and all claims, complaints, disputes, refund requests, or potential legal actions arising from travel services must be directed exclusively to the independent Travel Provider responsible for the specific trip.
Creators, hosts, influencers, and staff participating in or promoting trips do so solely as community organizers or participants and are not travel operators, agents, fiduciaries, or service providers.
